Covid 19 Sept 2020 Update

Dear members,

Following Lynn’s latest online meeting with the LTA , Lynn has asked me to Inform you of the latest guidance from the Government and LTA.

Unregistered club play.

Players must strictly adhere to playing in groups of no more than six.

eg:
(Two courts may interact if there are no more than 6 players on the two courts)

However if you have two courts and each court has four players you are not allowed to mix in.
If caught players will be liable for prosecution by the police and the Club could be shut down.
Anyone found flouting these rules will be asked to leave the club.

Official club organised events.

Social Tennis and organised tournaments (Track n Trace compliant) ) Participants have to register by booking in via the Clubs Clubspark booking system found under coaching.
Under these conditions members are allowed to interact with all players attending that event (Currently limited to no more than 20 players) but still have to observe the social distance rule.

I cannot stress enough how important the
the above rules are.
PLEASE! PLEASE! Adhere to the rules.

Remember! Sanitise before and after play,
Keep Covid at Bay

All Best Wishes
